A Short Version – the Most Important Information
We value not only your privacy, but also your time. That is why we have prepared a short version of the most important rules concerning the protection of privacy.
1. By creating a user account, signing up for our newsletter, or simply contacting us, you share your personal data with us. In return, we guarantee that this data will remain confidential and safe, never to be made available to any third party without your clear consent. 
2. We delegate the processing of personal data only to reliable and trusted parties which provide professional services regarding the processing of personal data.
3. We use Google Analytics analytical tools, which collect information concerning your visits to our website, such as: the subpages you opened, the time you spent there, and the movement between particular subpages. For these purposes, cookie files of the Google LLC company are used.
4. We provide you with the option to use social media functions, such as sharing the content on social media sites, and following our social media profiles. Using these functions may be connected with using cookies of the administrators of such social media platforms as: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIN.
5. We use our own cookies in order to ensure the proper functioning of the website, especially to support the user account, and the process of placing an order.

Personal Data

The purpose, legal bases, and the time of personal data processingare indicated separately in relation to each purpose of data processing (see: description of particular purposes of personal data processing below).
Permissions. RODO grants you the following permissions connected with your personal data processing:
1) permission to access your personal data,
2) permission to correct your personal data,
3) permission to delete your personal data,
4) permission to limit personal data processing,
5) permission to raise an objection against personal data processing,
6) permission to move the data,
7) permission to file a complaint to supervisory authority,
8) permission to withdraw your consent to the personal data processing, provided that you had given the consent.
The rules concerning the realisation of the aforementioned permissions have been described in detail in Articles 16 to 21 of RODO. We encourage you to become familiar with these rules. As far as we are concerned, we deem it necessary to explain that the aforementioned permissions are not absolute, and will not be granted to you in relation to all personal data processing activities. For your convenience, we have made every effort to indicate the permissions appertaining to you in each personal data processing activity.
We wish to emphasise that that one of the aforementioned permissions is always appertained to you - should you believe that, whilst processing your personal data, we have infringed the rules concerning personal data processing, you may file a complaint to supervisory authority (The President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
You can always request the information about which of your personal data we have and for what purposes we process them. You can do it by contacting us at We have, however, made every effort to provide you with all the necessary information in this privacy policy. The aforementioned e-mail may  also be used in case of any inquires connected with the processing of your personal data.
Security We guarantee that all data which you provided us with will remain confidential. We guarantee to protect your personal data and to take every safety measure required by the rules concerning personal data protection. All personal data are gathered with due diligence and adequately protected against being accessed by unauthorised parties.
Data receivers. Your data may be processed by our subcontractors, meaning parties providing us with services connected with data processing and providing you with services connected with order processing in the online shop.

Processing activities and aims
User account. While establishing a user account, you have to provide all the data necessary to create an account, such as your e-mail address, your name and surname, and a password. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to create an account. If you wish to provide some further data you may do it by editing the account information. 
Data shared with us in order to establish an account are processed for the purpose of establishing and maintaining the account, based on the agreement on providing online services which is entered via the account registration (Article 6 section 1(b)  of RODO).
Data connected with this account will be processed during the whole period of account functioning. When you decide to delete the account, we will also delete the data connected with it. Bear in mind, however, that a deleted account does not lead to the deletion of the information regarding the orders which you placed whilst using the account. 
At any given moment you have the right to correct the data connected with your account. At any given moment you can also decide to delete the account. You also have the right to move your data, which is mentioned in Article 20 of RODO. 
Newsletter. If you wish to sign up for our newsletter, You must provide us with your e-mail address, using the sign-up form. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to sign up for the newsletter.
Data provided while signing up for the newsletter are used for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis for their processing is your consent (Article 6 section 1(a) of RODO) given during the process of signing up for the newsletter.
The data will be processed during the whole period of the functioning of the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe from the newsletter, which will result in deleting your data from our database.
At any moment you may change your data used for the newsletter database, as well as requesting their deletion, unsubscribing from the newsletter. You also have the permission to move your data, which is mentioned in Article 20 of RODO.
Contact. By contacting us through e-mail, including using the contact form or a chat, in a natural way you provide us with your e-mail address as an addresser of the message. Moreover, in the e-mail you may use other personal data. Providing the data is voluntary, however, necessary to establish contact. 
In this case, your data are processed in order to contact you. The legal basis for this is Article 6 section 1(a) of RODO, so it’s your consent, expressed by initiating contact with us. The legal basis for processing after the contact is over is the valid purpose of archiving the correspondence for internal usage (Article 6 section 1(c) of RODO).
The content of correspondence may be archived, and we are unable to state definitively when it will be deleted. You have the right to request viewing the history of correspondence between us (provided that it has been archived), as well as requesting its deletion unless the archiving is justified by our primary matters, e.g. protection against potential legal claims on your part. 
Cookie Files and Other Spyware
Our website, as almost all other websites, uses cookies.
Cookies are small text files, stored on your terminal device (e.g. a computer, a tablet, a smartphone), which may be accessed by our IT system (first-party cookies) or by an IT system of third parties (third-party cookies).

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics toolprovided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We realise activities connected with it, basing on our legally valid interest connected with forming statistics and their analysis, in order to optimise our websites. 
Google Analytics automatically stores information about your using of our website. Information collected in this way is most often directed to Google server in the US and it is stored there.
With regard to the active anonymisation of your IP address, your IP address is shortened before directing it further. Only in special cases is your full IP address directed to a Google server in the US and then shortened. An anonymised IP address is directed via your browser using Google Analytics, and, as a rule, it is not connected with other Google data.
With regard to the fact that Google LLC’s headquarters is located in the US and it uses US technical infrastructure, it entered the EU-US-Privacy Shield program in order to ensure a proper level of personal data protection required by the European Law. Based on the agreement between the US and European Commission, the latter ascertained a proper level of personal data protection in the case of enterprises with the Privacy Shield certificate.

Social media tools. Plug-ins and other social media tools are used on Our websites. They are shared by social media websites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, LinkedIN.
Opening our website containing such a plug-in, your browser will directly connect with the servers of social media administrators (service providers). The content of a plug-in is sent via a given service provider directly to you browser and integrated with the website. Due to this integration, service providers receive information that your browser has opened our website, even if you do not have an account on a given social media website or you are not logged in. Such information (together with your IP address) is sent directly via your browser to the server of a given service provider (some servers are located in the US) and stored there. 
If you are logged in to one of social media websites, the service provider will be able to directly connect your visit to our website with your profile on a given social media website.
If you use a given plug-ing, e.g. by clicking the “Like” or “Share” button, particular information will also be sent to the server of a given service provider and saved there.
Moreover, this information will be shared on a given social media website and displayed to the people who are on your contact list. The privacy policy of particular service providers describes the following matters: the aim and the range of the storing of the data, the further processing and using of this data by the service provider, the possibility to establish contact, your rights in this regard, and the possibility to adjust the settings ensuring the protection of your privacy. If you do not want the social media websites to connect the data gathered during your visit to our website with your profile on a certain social media website, you should log out of it before entering our website. You may also completely stop the loading of the plug-ins on the website by downloading a proper extension for your browser, e.g. a script blocker.
Server logs
Using the website is connected with sending requests to the server on which the website is stored. Every request directed to the server is saved in the server logs. 
The logs contain the information about your IP address, the time and date of the server, information about the browser and the operating system you are using, etc. The logs are saved and stored on the server.
Data saved in server logs is not connected with specific people using the website and are not used by us in order to identify you.
Server logs constitute exclusively a helping tool used for administering the website, and their content is not revealed to anyone other than the people authorised to administer the server.
